Bela Padilla replaces Nadine Lustre in MMFF Entry - 'Miracle in Cell No. 7'

Actress Bela Padilla is to replace Nadine Lustre in the MMFF entry and remake or Korean Movie "Miracle in Cell No. 7"

In early July of this year, it was announced that Nadine Lustre will be acting alongside veteran Actor, Aga Muhlach for the remake of Korean drama film, "Miracle in Cell No. 7"

The said remake is among the first 4 films selected to be a part of the 2019 Metro Manila Film Fest.  According to a letter from the Viva Artists Agency to MMFF --- “Miss Lustre has begged off the project due to medical concerns and her resulting inability to perform her duties as an actress during the shoot up to the promotion of the film”

The remake will also star Joel Torre, JC Santos and Arjo Atayde.
